DESCRIPTION

Two-stage cylinder regulators are lever-less regulators with a double system of reducing (lowering) gas pressure. Two-stage regulators in comparison with single-stage regulators are characterized by much higher accuracy of maintaining outlet pressures in the whole range of cylinder emptying. Regulators have the same construction, but depending on the type of gas for which they are intended, they have different internal and connection dimensions. Connecting nuts for flammable gases have left-hand threads and are marked with a notch on the hexagon.

APPLICATION

Two-stage cylinder regulators are used to reduce the pressure of gases taken directly from cylinders or cylinder banks to required working pressures. These regulators are used when there are high requirements for accurate maintenance of operating pressures and at higher oxygen consumption and low ambient temperatures. The reducers may be used for supplying burners for oxygen cutting of metal sheets with thickness above 150 mm (2RBT-1, 2RBT-2), for supplying gas guns for metal spraying (2RBT-0. 3, 2RBA-0. 15) as well as in laboratory works.
